I have just had a long session with CAMHS as part of C's assessment, and they were asking all sorts of questions like when did she first put two words together, when did she first use the words other than "Mamma and Dadda, plus MANY others, without those notes I wouldn't have had a chance of answering them. The lady from CAMHS was really impressed with it all as well. I wanted to feedback the value of your work and how much it can help even 7 years after the observations were made

All staff provide for our children, wrapped up in well thought through provision.

The staff have great knowledge and the environment clearly indicates that they know how to support and extend children’s learning in a fun and exciting way.

I love driving past in the summer and seeing the field full of happy, smiling children. This nursery in my view is outstanding.

Children are active, keen learners displaying great levels of imagination in a stimulating environment both indoors and out. Children are cared for and motivated to be active learners in an environment where their safety and well-being is of highest priority.

They always come home happy and exhausted from either nursery or forest school club. You have been so great when there have been "little" problems like Sam's potty training and Willa's eating and also at reinforcing good behaviour and manners without stopping them having fun or being stuffy. I feel like you really put the kids first and focus on the important stuff and that is why they love it there so much. I remember feeling so worried about leaving Sam for the first time and how kind and reassuring you all were, to the extent that I didn't worry about leaving Willa when I went back to work! I never worry about whether someone will be kind to them if they are sad, ill or they have hurt themselves as I know they are loved and cared for. They are so lucky to have the outdoor space and all the amazing activities you do with them but fundamentally it is the staff that make the place what it is.

We feel extremely confident leaving our son in your care and know he receives the highest care and attention. He settled very quickly into KingsWood which I believe is due to the care of the staff. When we drop him off he immediately goes to play and is happy and settled. There are always so many activities for him to do such as water play, paint, sand and he loves being outside. KingsWood is a fantastic environment for any child. My husband and I know that our son will be educated and nurtured in this environment. We cannot praise KingsWood Nursery highly enough.
